The brief included the production and installation of new oak louvres to tower windows, the removal of lead parapet gutters and eave slates to the nave roof, re-ordering of timber substrates and subsequent re-leading, and the use of sandcast lead manufactured by The CEL Group. The top 30ft of the spire was dismantled and rebuilt.
