This two phase project for the main health centre, pharmacy, café and retail units began in 2005.
The CEL Group installed 5,000m2 of Rheinzink Natural zinc to the roof of the three-storey main building, complete with Rheinzink rainwater gutters and downpipes, vertical cladding to the main façade and feature windows.
Phase two consisted of composite insulated panels, 1100m zinc roof to the main building, vertical cladding and zinc rainwater goods, all visually in sympathy with the phase one work.
