The prepatinated copper roof was, to say the least, the easy part of the project!
No Less than 9 folds in just over 900mm of copper sheet and then made to 3 different curvatures to form the eaves of the roof
The CEL Group’s skills were put to the test with an instruction to produce a radiused cornice with 8 bends in each piece, giving the metal a girth of nearly 900mm. With the substrates prepared in fibreglass there was no room for error or variance, but the skills of the team successfully overcame this challenge.
